Demo Request Form

This Product Demonstration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of date agreed for demonstration by and between:

Xymbolic IT Solutions Provider Corporation ("Provider"), with its principal place of business at Subic Bay Freeport Zone, and

Your Company ("Client"), with its principal place of business at Your Company Address.


Submit

The Provider agrees to loan and demonstrate the Starlink product(s) with an active subscription to the Client for the sole purpose of evaluation and testing prior to a potential purchase.

The Starlink product demonstration period shall commence only for a three (3)-day demo period unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.

The Starlink product demonstration should only be installed at the provided demo location of the client and not allowed to be transferred to another location unless there is an agreed-upon change of request process.

The Starlink product demonstration is limited only to the use of Starlink Mini, a compact and portable version of the Starlink product(s) for the purpose of evaluating and testing satellite internet connectivity, but does not limit the client to purchasing any available version of the Starlink product(s).

The product remains the sole property of the provider. The Client shall not sell, lease, fix installation, or otherwise transfer the product to any third party.

The Client agrees to use the Starlink product(s) solely for evaluation purposes only and in accordance with the instructions and not subject to misuse or neglect nor modified by any person other than the qualified personnel of the Provider.

The Client shall ensure the product is handled with care and returned in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.

The Client shall take responsibility for any damage or loss of the product(s) during the demonstration period.

The Client agrees to keep all confidential information related to the product, including its user access, and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the Provider.

The Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of the Starlink products during the demonstration period.

The Client agrees to return the Starlink product(s) to the Provider at the end of the demonstration period, unless otherwise agreed in writing upon demo to purchase process

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394). 

Upon submission of the Demo Program Request Form. This Agreement automatically constitutes the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
